Bike Easy Level 01

Outside Bike Ride:
Use manual or electric assist bike.
Start slowly, but within 5 minutes work up to a speed where your perceived exertion is at a level 4-5 or your heart rate is under 115 bpm.
10-20 minutes.

Light heart load
Up to 115 beats per minute (bpm)
Level 4-5 Perceived Exertion (PE)
