Dove Hunt: Stage 8

Time to start hitting the outside trails.

Now you have a base because you have done the "starting out" stage for 4-6 weeks.  Now we have to get serious about your core strength, the endurance of your legs, your ability to move on the mountain, and we will introduce you to facing the notion of altitude. 

Stage 8

Use this weekly pattern for 4-6 weeks before moving to stage 9.
